Three ways to use this album;
1. As a relaxation aid; wind down before bed with a short or long track, and allow your brain to 'dimmer switch' down to a relaxing setting before drifting off to bed. You can also use it in this way through the day. There are various track lengths for this very reason.
2. To cleanse the house or space you're in; these sounds have been designed to take up space and occupy the air/ether space. Change the mood in a room or space and play the sounds to help clear any negative energy.
3. For pain relief; slow, soothing, relaxing, soft music is a natural pain relief. Why? It's that brain dimmer switch again... when the brain is in more of an active state, our cortisol and adrenaline levels spike. In time this adds to inflammation in the body.
