My AI Policy

Effective May 2026

Transparency matters to me, so I wanted to write this policy to highlight exactly how I use AI in my work and where I don't.

Why I'm Being Transparent - because I don’t ‘have’ to be, and many people aren’t…

I am a one-woman business. There is no team behind The Humble Warrior, no Virtual Assistant managing my inbox, no content creator repurposing my work. There is just me doing the thinking, doing the work, and also trying to be a present human being with people I love.

AI has become the infrastructure that makes that possible.

Not a shortcut. Not a replacement for my expertise. Infrastructure. The same way a solopreneur might use accounting software instead of a bookkeeper…tools that handle the operational layer so the creative and relational work can breathe.

Without it, I would easily be working 80–100 hours a week. That is quite simply not the business I am building, and it is not the life I want or would advocate for either. AI helps me stay structured, disciplined, and present without the end receipt being burnout.

Without it, I can be trying to juggle 100 plates at once, none of them getting very far apart from smashing on the floor…

Where I Do Use AI

AI supports the organisational and structural layer of my business aka, the wrap-around workings that keep everything running:

  • Organising my work load into dashboards and project management systems so I can work in a way that really makes use of my time

  • Scoping articles and creating article frameworks before I write them

  • Pulling in research articles (which are then followed up by checking the actual research by hand!)

  • Scoping and drafting social media posts, which I then review, reshape, and publish in my own voice

  • Creating worksheets and client-facing handouts (anonymously, no data goes into these)

  • Building branding presentations and converting presentations into handouts

  • Scripting loose frameworks for my Musings recordings, so I stay focused and don't wander too far from what I actually want to say

In short: AI keeps me organised, structured, and disciplined. It is the scaffolding. The building is still mine.

The Humble Warrior Website Tools

The interactive tools on The Humble Warrior website including the NeutrinoWeather tracker and the Gates lookup, were built with AI assistance. Specifically, AI did the coding that makes them function.

What AI did not do is provide the knowledge inside them. Every framework, every interpretation, every piece of information these tools draw on comes from my own years of study, research, and practice in Human Design. The content is mine. AI simply translated it into something that works on a screen, in the same way a web developer might build a tool to a client's specification, without the developer having any expertise in the subject matter itself.

I could not have built these tools without AI, and I would not have been able to afford a developer to build them for me. But I could not have filled them without the years of learning that preceded them.

The knowledge is mine. Claude did the coding.

My Soul Map Products & AI

This is where I want to be especially clear, because there is genuine nuance here.

What AI does not touch

Your Soul Map itself: the personalised Human Design and astrology document is written entirely by me. 550 master pages of it. It took me MONTHS. The interpretation, the synthesis, the language I choose to describe your chart: that is my expertise, my training, and my years of practice. AI plays no part in it.

Equally, all client conversation, whether in sessions, via email, or through any message thread, is held by me personally.

Where AI does support my work

Some of the companion products within the Soul Map ecosystem: the prompt sheets, the AI Pocket Becky tool, and the supplement maps are produced with AI assistance. These are still entirely steered and curated by me: I design the frameworks, I direct the outputs, I review and refine everything before it reaches you. I am simply not doing the donkey work of production by hand. I couldn’t. These products would simply not exist at all without the help of AI.

Think of it the way a designer might use software to render a vision they have already conceived. The software does not have the vision. The designer does.

If you are ever unsure whether something you have received involved AI in its production, you are always welcome to ask me directly. I will always tell you honestly.

A Note on Integrity

I believe the conversation around AI use needs more honesty in it. The wellness, coaching, and Human Design space is not immune to the temptation of using AI to generate content that is then presented as deeply personal insight. I don’t believe to answer is not to use AI, but more to be honest about where you have used it, recognising that none of us are supermen, or women, and help is allowed where struggle ensues.

What I will do is use every tool available to me to run a sustainable business… one where my expertise is protected so I can show up for my clients without burnout, brainfog and stress, protect my boundaries, and lead a life where I can actually sit with my family at the dinner table for dinner, without stressing about all the jobs I need to do before I can. That’s where I use AI. Not in my personal work, but so I can log off at the end of the day with peace, not anger.

"The Humble Warrior" has always described what I build in others: the capacity to be fully, sustainably yourself. That includes how I run this business.
