Sometimes life stops making sense. Or, we begin to wonder… ‘is this me? Or am I living someone else’s version of success?’ It can feel deeply confusing and disorientating.
The same patterns keep repeating.
We end up in the same types of relationships, unconsciously.
We face the same internal battles cyclically.
We begin to wonder, Why does this keep happening to me?
The Golden Hour is a space to slow down and look at those patterns properly. Bringing awareness, language, understanding, compassion, problem solving, relief and, ultimately, clarity.
The Golden Hour is my signature session - a one-hour deep dive into the patterns shaping your life right now, and how to work with them, rather than against them.
Using Human Design, astrology, transits, Gene Keys and astrocartography, we look at the deeper forces moving through your life. Not to predict your future. But to understand why this moment in your life is unfolding the way it is.
In our hour together we explore three key layers:
1. Your Blueprint
The deeper architecture of who you are your Human Design and natal astrology.
2. Your Cycles
The astrological transits and timing cycles shaping this chapter of your life.
3. Your Patterns
The behavioural, emotional and relational patterns emerging from those energies.
Many readings tell you what is happening, but my work focuses on why it is happening. Because when you understand the pattern beneath the experience, something powerful happens:
You stop feeling like life is happening to you and begin understanding how to move with it. It’s deeply empowering, clarifying and impactful.
This session is especially helpful if:
• You feel stuck in repeating life patterns
• You're in the middle of a big life transition
• You feel like something is shifting internally but can’t name it
• You're navigating a difficult astrological cycle and need a sound board
• You're ready to understand yourself on a deeper level
One Hour is often enough…
Over the past few years I’ve read hundreds of charts. With the right lens, patterns reveal themselves very quickly. The Golden Hour is not about information overload. It’s about finding the one or two key patterns that unlock everything else. Because you are not broken, and there is nothing to fix. Your soul is just asking to be seen more deeply.
Some people decide to go on a self discovery journey with me afterwards, sometimes this is obvious timing, sometimes they decide to do it years later. But often, 1 hour is enough. Rest assured, we will see a lot in this hour…
I don’t have rules on how you can work with me. You can book a reading once, or you can book in for as many sessions as you wish. Unlike most coaches or therapists who ask you to book a block, I trust the timing of your own journey. Often, you just need one session and a good few months to integrate what we talk about. Other times you might want to be held accountable to putting your plans in place and learning more deeply over time, in which case you might book in once a month, for example. There are no rules, I just ask that you follow your intuition and LISTEN to it. Whether that’s one off or regular, I’m here to support.
