I’m becoming increasingly frustrated with the small business space and plethora of business coaches who lack flexibility out there.
Thankfully, I’ve been lucky enough to collaborate with some of the more forward thinking business coaches, who understand individuality and authenticity. But I’m finding that’s not the case for many small business owners.
I’m not a coach. I never trained as a coach. I’m not about constant self development and making you feel inadequate to then push a product on you. I’m not about ‘pushing through’ and breaking the mould and all these terrible anecdotes and sickly ChatGPT posts that prey on peoples vulnerabilities to sell. The frat bro language. The pushy tactics. It’s boring, and it’s immoral.
What I AM about is authenticity, autonomy, playfulness and fun in business. And these days, it seems everyone is willing to sacrifice their own happiness for a slice of the money pie. It’s only once they’ve climbed the mountain, that they realise they still feel as empty as they did before, just with more money in the bank. No idea how to even spend that extra cash in a way that brings them more joy.
The business coaching industry continues to push the standard niche down, build high business model, and I’ve found myself in more and more readings over the last 12 months, with small business owners becoming confused, frustrated, and limited by the choices they’ve made, off the advice of well-meaning coaches.
But there is another way. Instead, you could listen to your own values, and build whatever business you like. You just need to re-discover who you are without the conditioning…

About The Course
This is a crash course designed to re-inspire your creativity and passion for your small business, using Human Design, Astrology and creative play. It’s not about making more money, you’re already in a good place with your business. Perhaps you want to earn a little more, but you’re not coming to this course with the sole intention to just make more money. This is a course to re-ignite your soul, your passion, your ideas, and inspire you to start trusting your instincts again when it comes to taking risks, playing and creating from a place of authenticity within your business. It’s like a crash-course in building a more satisfying and creatively fulfilling business, on your own terms. Now wouldn’t that be nice…
Week One: Finding your people
Often when we start building a business, we speak to the audience we think we want, rather than the audience we know are naturally supportive of our work. In other words, we contort ourselves into the mould we think we should, rather than trust the way we’ve been designed. It can be obvious or subtle, and for a whole host of different reasons. But through the lens of Human Design and Astrology, we can see some instantly obvious, natural audiences for our work. So this first session is about exploring our naturally supported potential. Exploring the types of people we share common values with. Who we LOVE being in the same room as. Who feed our soul with rich conversations and depth that speaks to something deep inside us. We’re re-exploring the types of people that make our soul sing.
Week one is all about understanding our energetic audience. Who they are. Where you’ll find them. And how to start working with your natural magnetism in this area to grow authentic and rich relationships, ones that go beyond the money exchange and bring a much deeper level of satisfaction and contentment. It’s time to build authentic relationship.
Week Two: The Niche is you
There are over 8 billion people on the planet, and energetically, each person only has one identical twin within a human design sense. A chart has around 4 billion combinations. So what’s really stopping you from being yourself!? The niche IS YOU. But do you know who you are? If it feels like you’ve built yourself a gilded cage, it’s time to stretch your wings. Everyone has a completely different offering in this world, that’s NATURAL to them. And we need those skills right now, more than ever! Through Human Design, we’ll begin to understand your niche and how you can begin TRUSTING it.
Week Three: Your creative voice is powerful
Sales copy has killed our natural writing style. Like, killed it dead. And then ChatGPT came along and ran it over again, just to make sure. Yep, dead as a Dodo. The amount of people I speak to who are brilliant natural sellers, or storytellers, or inspiring or motivating speakers, who are STILL using the sales formula churned out in the 90’s because they’re taught that that’s the only way to sell. It frustrates me. Actually, it angers me. How dare we silence our naturally, magnetic voices and see them as secondary only to traditional sales copy. Through this part of the course, we’ll be using Human Design and Astrology to re-discover your natural voice. Find fun in it. Play. Experiment and share, to build emotional connection back into our writing. Something sorely lacking in our modern age. I want to hear from humans, not robots.
Week Four: We all need inspiration
The last week will be focusing on finding confidence in our new found authenticity, creativity and playfulness, and weaving it into our current business models to provide more growth, inspiration and passion again. Looking at inspiring small business structures for micro-doses of imagination and inspiration, we’ll be pulling it all together and birthing a whole new version of ourselves in our business space. Infact not new. Older. We’ll be launching the more original version of ourselves in our business. And finding our love and passion for our small and mighty business once again.
This is a course to re-instate the value of creativity and individuality.
Not just keep stacking the numbers and still feeling empty.
