The signature offering is a great place to start. If you love music and need somewhere to just relax for an hour, then the Healing Harmonies Sound Bath is perfect. No experience needed, just bring yourself and something comfortable to lie on, and you’ll be guided from there. MONTHLY CLASSES bookable below.
Did you know? The power of group chanting and meditation affects not only the person taking part, but the community as a whole - this effect is known as the Maharishi Effect. A phenominan where, when people gather regularly to 'raise the vibration' of a place, everything from crime to health improves in that area.
Join me for a monthly chanting session to raise your spirits, connect with other like-minded souls and have a cuppa. There's nothing quite like music, meditation & song to lift your spirits!
Online workshops
Join me once a month to delve deep into useful and practical topics like nervous system healing, ancestral stories, limiting beliefs, human design, seasonal living and moon cycles to build on your self awareness and compassion for others too. All sessions are recorded.
