Hi I’m Becky, and I get to spend the majority of my time guiding people into harmony. Whether that’s through these beautiful singing bowls using harmonic intervals, through my voice, through voice acitivation, or through Human Design. All my work is about finding alignment, finding harmony.

The human body has incredible ways of healing itself, knowing what it needs and creating harmony so there’s no space for disharmony, also known as disease.

Music holds the key for us to create a healthy mind, body and spirit, and through the classical theory of healing harmonies, I bring my unique combination of sound healing, voice activation, human design and astrology together to create pockets of harmony and peace whereever I go.

Healing Harmonies™ Sound Healing

Come in, lie down, make yourself comfortable and be taken on a journey to the stars through the sound of the crystal tones singing bowls and angelic light language and melodic live vocals. This session is perfect for anyone looking to lie down and relax, come into harmony with their body or thoughts, or begin and develop their spiritual practice. Each session is aligned to the astrological energy of the moment, whether that be the planets, the moon cycles or the sun cycles.

Sound Together

When community meets song, laughter and joy, healing is inevitable… join me for a Sound Together session near you. Bringing together Community, Mantra, Meditation, Singing, Laughter, Joy and cups of tea to connect to the heart of yourself and your community. Let’s raise the vibration together. And no… YOU DON’T NEED TO BE ABLE TO SING (because there is no such thing). All voices, bodies, backgrounds and souls welcome. Just book yourself on and turn up, all sessions are guided by myself :)

1:1, 1:2 or Group Sound Healing at Home

A deeply personal experience, the private sound bath in your home is a chance to experience deep rest, relaxation and stillness. The benefits? Releasing physical tension in a ‘hands off’ session, using only sound and vibration from the sacred instruments and voice. Reducing body inflammation which holds benefits such as improving digestion, sleep, and disease markers reducing (diseases such as cancer and arthritis, infact most diseases and illnesses, thrive in inflamed environments…). There are physical, emotional and mental health benefits to regular sound healing, but the main way I use my sound is to improve sleep to create a strong foundation to health, and reduce stress held within the body to improve inflammation and create a space for healing.

Pythagorus and the power of harmonies

The grandfather of sound, Pythagorus was using healing harmonies with octaves, perfect 4ths and 5ths thousands of years ago. Incredibly, there’s now so much research into the healing power of certain musical intervals, and classical music in general, but it’s still something that sits under the radar for many.

My own work centres around harmonising resonance. With a background in classical and popular music, when I came to sound healing I couldn’t ignore the theory and structure for too long. Whilst traditional sound healing focuses on resonant frequency and entrainment, I was always drawn more towards harmony and melody, which is exactly how I found the Crystal Tones bowls.

For me, using healing harmonies feels like second nature. It’s something I’ve naturally always done to help calm my nervous system and place me back into a peaceful state. I work purely with harmonic frequency and harmonic resonance to create so much harmony within the space, within the body, within the mind and spirit that there is no space for disharmony and dis-ease to live. This is the principle I work with as a golden thread through all my work, whether it’s sound, gridwork or human design. Step into and spread harmony. Create as much harmony as you can so disharmony has no where left to live.

Pythagorus was using these principles thousands of years ago, and now science is starting to really recognise the healing power of music and melody.
